Business Models of Coffee Machine Producers in regards to Catering Facilities and End Consumers
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Business modely výrobců kávovarů ve vztahu ke gastronomickým podnikům a konečným spotřebitelům. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, čím je ovlivněna poptávka a nabídka u různých typů kávovarů, konkrétně poptávka ze strany gastronomických zařízení (včetně poptávky ze strany konzumentů) a nabídka ze strany výrobců a distributorů kávovarů.
Abstract:
The master thesis focuses on the Business Models of Coffee Machine Producers in regard to Catering Facilities and End Consumers. The aim of the master thesis is to find out what influences demand and supply for different types of coffee machines, namely demand from catering establishments (including demand from consumers) and supply from coffee machine manufacturers and distributors.
