Determination of measurement uncertainties in the calibration of workshop gauges
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice kalibrace měřidel a vyjadřování jejich výsledků měření. Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh optimálního kalibračního postupu pro měření rovinnosti příměrné desky včetně stanovení nejistoty měření pro zajištění podmínky správného a přesného měření.
Abstract:
The following diploma thesis concerns the issue of calibration and expression of its results. The aim of this diploma thesis is obtain an optimal calibration process in order to ensure proper and accurate measurement of surface plate including the establishment of measurement uncertainties.
