Supply Chain and Innovation in Lidl retail
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na logistické procesy a inovace ve vybraném maloobchodním řetezci. Jednotlivé procesy tam probíhající byly popsány a zhodnoceny a na závěr byla navržena dvě doporučení pro snížení nákladů, popř. zvýšení efektivity logsitických procesů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on logistical processes and inovations in a specific retail chain. Individual processes were described and evaluated. At the end two suggestions were proposed which should reduce costs and increase efectivity of logsitical processes.
