Automatic identification of the biological objects and their outlines from two-dimensional scientific photography
Abstract:
This thesis presents the theoretical knowledge and practical methods in automatic detection of scanned biological objects. It focuses on issues related to image binarization and following edge detection. Functions are defined in R and applied on the scans of IV. metacarpal bones.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca prezentuje teoretické znalosti a praktické postupy pri automatickej detekcii obrysov nasnímaných biologických objektov. Zameriavame sa v nej na problematiku binarizácie digitálneho obrazu a následnú hranovú identifikáciu. Funkcie sú vytvárané v jazyku R a aplikované na skeny IV. záprstných kostí.
