Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je homosexualita a registrované partnerství z pohledu práva a společnosti. Práce se zabývá zákonem o registrovaném partnerství, charakterizuje některé jeho nedostatky. Součástí práce je provedený průzkum, který je směrován na otázky tolerance a způsobu vnímání homosexuální komunity většinovou společností.Hlavním přínosem práce je podrobný popis problematiky, analýza zákona o registrovaném partnerství a v neposlední řadě také provedení průzkumu, který mapoval názory občanů na zkoumanou problematiku

Abstract:

The thesis topic is based on the homosexuality and the registered partnership from the law and society point of view. The work deals with the registered partnership law, characterizes some of its disadvantages. The performed research that heads for the questions of tolerance and the way of homosexual community perception by the majority is involved in the work.The basic contribution of the document is the detailed description of the whole subject, law analysis and not least the performed research, that has mapped people opinions on the examined issue
