Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Vliv vad a poruch staveb na ocenění je přiblížení vad a poruch na stavbě, jejich příčiny a důsledky. První část se věnuje výčtu nejpoužívanějších pojmů, které jsou ve stavebnictví běžné při vzniku vady či poruchy. The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to approach defects and failures in the construction, their causes and consequences. The first part is dedicated to a list of terms concerning the defect or failure which are most commonly used in the construction.
