Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zásadní cíl reformy, na vznik Státní pokladny. V úvodu práce je charakterizováno účetnictví těsně před reformou, dále jsou uvedeny důvody pro vznik Státní pokladny a popsány legislativní změny.
