Práce se zabývá chromatografickou separací laktáthydrogenas z kvasinek Saccharomyces cerevisiae s použitím různých nosičů: Matrex Gel Blue A, Sepharosa-cytochrom c, AH-Sepharosa-kyselina α-kyano-4-hydroxyskořicová a zcela nově CH-Sepharosa-izoserin. Abstract:
This thesis deals with chromatographic separation of lactate dehydrogenases from yeast Saccharomyces cerevisce using various matrices: Matrex blue A, Sepharose-cytochrom c, AH Sepharose-α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid and quite new CH-Sepharose-izoserin.
