The Optimalization Record of Longterm Assets of the Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou evidence dlouhodobého majetku a tvorbou ná-vrhu vnitropodnikové majetkové směrnice. Teoretická část je vypracována formou literární rešerše. Vymezuje právní úpravu účetnictví a zaměřuje se především na charakteristiku a členění dlouhodobého majetku, na jeho strukturu a operace s ním spojené, jako je pořizo-vání, oceňování, odpisování a jiné. Pozornost je věnována také struktuře vnitropodnikových směrnic. V praktické části je představena vybraná účetní jednotka, je rozebrána struktura dlouhodo-bého majetku společnosti a způsob vedení jeho evidence. Důraz je kladen především na navržení změn a opatření k zefektivnění evidence dlouhodobého majetku a je navržena vnitropodniková směrnice na majetek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the records of the long-term assets and brings a suggestion of internal directive on the property. Theoretical part is based as a literary research. This part states the legal accounting regulations and primarily concentrates on the characteristics of the classification of the long-term assets, on its structure and also its operations, such as acquisition, appreciation, depreciation, and others. The attention is also payed to the structure of internal directives. The practical part introduces the chosen accounting unit. Firstly, the unit´s structure of long-term assets and its way of leading its evidence is introduced. The emphasize is mainly put on the changes´ suggestions and measures to make the evidence more effective. Finally, the thesis proposes the internal assets directive.
