The importance of team supervision within the organization from the point of view of social workers and managers in social organizations in Děčín

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pohledem sociálních pracovníků a vedoucích sociálních pracovníků na možnosti a význam týmové supervize v rámci organizace v sociálních organizacích v Děčíně. Cílem je zjistit, jaké významy má týmová supervize pro sociální pracovníky a vedoucí sociální pracovníky, kteří jí podstupují. V čem spatřují přínosy a rizika týmové supervize pro organizaci, pracovníky a vedoucí pracovníky. Pro naplnění cíle práce byly vytvořeny dílčí výzkumné otázky, které zjišťují, jaký vliv má nastavení týmové supervize na přínosy a rizika supervize v organizacích; jaký vliv mají charakteristiky přímých účastníků na týmovou supervizi; jaké jsou přínosy a rizika týmové supervize oproti jiným formám supervize v organizacích; jaký význam má týmová supervize pro rozvoj organizace z pohledu sociálních pracovníků a vedoucích sociálních pracovníků. Dílčí výzkumné otázky přinášejí odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která má za cíl objasnit, jaké jsou přínosy a jaká jsou rizika týmové supervize v sociálních organizacích z pohledu sociálních pracovníků a vedoucích sociálních pracovníků. K získání informací byly využity polostrukturované rozhovory. V souvislosti s cílem práce byly v diplomové práci identifikovány teoretické oblasti týkající se týmové supervize jako jsou základní definování supervize a týmové supervize, úvod do týmové supervize a její nastavení, účastníci supervize v kontextu týmové supervize, svět organizace v kontextu týmové supervize a týmová supervize v porovnání s ostatními formami supervize v organizacích.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the view of social workers and leading social workers on the possibilities and the meaning of team supervision within the organization in the social organisations in Děčín. The aim is to find out what meanings has team supervision for social workers and leading social workers who attend it. In what they see the benefits and risks of team supervision for organization, social workers and leading workers. For the fulfillment of the aim of the work, there were created partial research questions to determine what effect has the settings of team supervision on the benefits and risks of supervision in organizations; what impact have the characteristics of the direct participants in team supervision; what are the benefits and risks of team supervision compared to other forms of supervision in organizations; the importance of team supervision for the development of organization from the view of social workers and leading social workers. Patrial research questions bring answer to main research question, which explains what are the benefits and what are the risks of the team supervision from the point of view of social workers and leading social workers. To obtain the informations have been used half-structured interviews. In the context of the aim of the work were in the master thesis identified theoretical areas by the team of supervision as are the basic defining supervision and team supervision, introduction to team supervision and its settings, the participants of the supervision in the context of the team supervision, the world of organization in the context of team supervision and team supervision in comparison with other forms of supervision in organizations
