Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza základního práva na život v kontextu vývoje současné bioetiky, právo na život ve vnímání práva, náboženství, filosofie, medicíny. Součástí bude právní úprava genové manipulace, v souvislosti s umělým oplodněním, náhradním mateřstvím a klonováním v ČR a EU. Druhá část práce se bude věnovat medicínským a právně sociálním rizikům a analýze konkrétních případů.
Abstract:
The aim of this study is to analyze the basic right to life in the context of the development of contemporary bioethics, the right to life in the perception of law, religion, philosophy, medicine. It concerns the legislation of gene manipulation in connection with artificial insemination, cloning and surrogacy in the CR and the EU.
