Diplomová práce se v úvodních kapitolách zaměřuje na historii ADR a významem etiky v mimosoudním řešení sporů. V další části je prezentována novela zákona o rozhodčím řízení. V následujících kapitolách je podrobněji popsáno rozhodčí řízení ve spotřebitelských sporech a ochrana spotřebitele v tomto řízení. Introductory chapters of this thesis focuses on the history of ADR and ethics value in alternative dispute resolution. The next section presents an amendment to the law of arbitration. In the following chapters is described in more detail arbitration in consumer disputes and consumer protection in this proceeding.
