Verification of Jurisdiction by National court According to the Regulation Brussels I.
Abstract:
Práce stručně popisuje a vysvětluje strukturu a systém pravidel pro určení soudní příslušnosti upravených v Nařízení Rady (ES) č. 44/2001 ze dne 22. prosince 2000 o příslušnosti a uznávání a výkonu soudních rozhodnutí v občanských a obchodních věcech (tzv. nařízení Brusel I ), a to z pohledu soudce přezkoumávajícího příslušnost svého soudu ve věci s mezinárodním prvkem.
Abstract:
The work offers [or at least that was the aim] brief, comprehensive and structured overview of the Brussels I Regulation’s jurisdictional rules and the verification of jurisdiction from the judge’s point of view.
