The Conception of the Foreign Politics of Czech Agrarian Party

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám koncepcí zahraniční politiky agrární strany. Začátek moji práce je věnován představení agrární strany od jejích počátků až po vrchol její existence během prvních dvaceti let Československé republiky. V další a zároveň hlavní části této práce popisuji zahraniční politiku Československa ve sledovaném období, tedy ve 30. letech 20. století. Snažím se uvádět stanoviska agrární strany, nebo alespoň některých jejích členů. Největší důraz kladu na zahraniční vztah s Německem, který bezesporu byl ve 30. letech 20. století zahraničním vztahem nejdůležitějším, nejen pro republiku jako takovou, ale i pro agrární stranu. Pozornost také ve své práci věnuji důležitému představiteli agrární strany, Milanu Hodžovi, který je autorem samostatné zahraničněpolitické koncepce. Závěrečná část této práce je zaměřena na osud této strany po roku 1945, tedy po skončení 2. světové války a nástupu komunistů k moci.

Abstract:

In my bachelor work I deal with the conception of foreign policy of czech agrarian party. At the beginning of my work I introduce the party from its start to the top of its existence during the first twenty years of Czechoslovakia. In the next and also the main part of this work I describe the foreign policy of Czechoslovakia in the given period the thirties of 20th century. I try to present the attitude of agrarian party or of some of its members. The greatest emphasis I put on the relation with Germany, unquestionable the most important relation in the thirties of 20th century, not only for the republic itself, but also for the party. I also pay attention to important performer of this party, Milan Hodža, who is the author of his own foreign political conception. The last part of this work is aimed at the party's fate after 1945, it means after the Second World War's ending and the communist's taking power.
