Factors of competitiveness of Kovošrot Group CZ, a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit faktory konkurenceschopnosti podniku Kovošrot Group CZ s.r.o. v regionu Liberec. První část práce se zaměřuje na objasnění pojmů vztahující se k této problematice. Za pomoci odborné literatury jsou v práci vysvětleny pojmy jako například konkurenční výhoda, konkurenční strategie a metody potřebné k analýze mikrookolí a makrookolí podniku. Dále jsou provedeny potřebné analýzy faktorů, které společnost ovlivňují a stanovují umístění na trhu. V závěru praktické části jsou zjištěné výsledky popsány a následně je navrženo doporučení ke zvýšení míry konkurenceschopnosti vůči svým konkurentům.

Abstract:

The Main goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate factors of competitiveness of Kovošrot Group CZ, s.r.o. in Liberec region. In the first part is focusing on explanation of terms relating to these issues. Terms as competitive advantage, competitive strategy and methods needed for analyze surrounding of company were explained thanks to technical literature. In the second part are made necessary analyses of factors which have influence on company and set its place on the market. At the end of this part are presented the results of analyses and suggested the recommendation for increase of competitiveness over the competitors.
