Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se budu věnovat právní úpravě bodového hodnocení řidičů. Cílem práce bude identifikovat, kteří řidiči nejčastěji dosahují 12 bodů, zda mají znalosti o možném odečtu bodů a zda ji využívají a zda bodový systém má výchovný účinek na jednání řidičů. Porovnám počty vybodovaných řidičů za prvního půl roku od zavedení bodového systému s posledními čtyřmi léty. V závěru práce vyhodnotím …more

In my bachelor's thesis I will focus on the legal regulation of drivers' scoring. The aim of the thesis will be to identify which drivers most often achieve 12 points, whether they have knowledge about the possible reading of points and whether they use it and whether the points system has an educational effect on the actions of drivers.
