Práce zjišťovala vliv věku ženy, ve kterém má své první dítě, na její budoucí příjem. Data potřebná k analýze byla získána dotazníkovým šetřením, kdy cílovou skupinou byly ženy s minimálně jedním dítětem, nejnižším dokončeným středoškolským vzděláním a v době výzkumu pracujících na plný pracovní úvazek. My bachelor thesis's main theme was to find out how the age of a female, when having her first child influence her salary in the future. The data needed for analysis was obtained through the questionnaire survey, where the females with at least one child, with at least secondary education and at the time of the survey working full-time were the main target group.
