Překlad názvu prace: kros-kulturální multidimenzionalita a synkretická interpretace historie v díle Wilsona Harrise založená na studiu Guayánského kvartetu, reflektuje hlavní záměr této práce. Zvažuje možné vlivy historie a odlišných kulturních tradic, které se podílely na utváření současné podoby literární činnosti v karibské oblasti.Abstract:
The name of the thesis - "The Cross-cultural Multidimensionality and Syncretic Interpretation of History in Wilson Harris’s Work Based on the Study of The Guyana Quartet" reflects main aims of this work. It discusses the influence of history and several cultural traditions present in the region of the West Indies on the work of Wilson Harris.
