Synthesis of new N,N,P-chelating ligands

Abstract:

V rámci této bakalářské práce byla vypracována literární rešerše zaměřená na přípravu různých N,P-chelatujících ligandů, které mají díky přítomnosti dvou různých heteroatomů charakter hemilabilních ligandů. Tyto hemilabilní ligandy pak mají velké uplatnění v organické katalýze, kdy jejich komplexy jsou schopny katalyzovat velké množství chemických transformací. Největší pozornost byla věnována komplexům přechodných kovů, zejména rutheniu. V experimentální části byly připraveny dva nové N,N,P-chelatující ligandy: 1-[6-difenylfosfanyl)pyridin-2-yl]-N,N-diethylmethanamin a 1-[6-difenylfosfanyl)pyridin-2-yl]-N,N-diisopropylmethanamin, které byly využity na přípravu jejich ruthenatých a cínatých komplexů.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis, a review of literature focusing on synthesis of various N,P chelating ligands, their complexes and their use was developed. The greatest attention was paid to transition metal complexes, especially ruthenium. These complexes show high catalytic activity, but due to their instability in air, these complexes are not promising for industrial use. In the experimental part, two new N,P chelating ligands were prepared: 1-[6-difenylfosfanyl)pyridine-2-yl]-N,N-diethylmethanamine and 1-[6-difenylfosfanyl)pyridine-2-yl]-N,N-diisopropylmethanamine which were used to prepare their ruthenium and tin complexes.
