Tato předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku diverzity ve VW koncernu, jehož je součástí Škoda Auto a. s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of diversity in the VW Group, of which Škoda Auto a.s. is a part. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical.
