Regenerace a vrcholový sport

Abstract:
Práce se zaobírá problematikou komplexní psychofyzické regenerace sil uplatňované zejména v oblasti vrcholového sportu. Představuje ucelený přehled nejrůznějších regeneračních metod a prostředků, které je možné pro tuto oblast využít. S tím souvisí i charakteristika pojmu únava a objasnění principů jejího vzniku.
Abstract:
This essay undertake complex psycho-physical reclaiming of vitality used mainly in area of top sports. Presents integrated view of variety of regeneration methods and tricks available for this lay. Characterization of term "tiredness" and explication of principles of its origin is in touch with this.
