Diploma Thesis deals with a new economical paradigm Economy of Communion. As it is clear from the name itself, the core idea is a company, based on the mutuality and the creation of the communion. The goal of this work was to analyze the demonstration of the Economy of Communion as the core factor of the business culture in the company Mundell & Associates.
