Negative effects on criminal traces

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění nejčastějších negativních vlivů působících na kriminalistické stopy, díky kterým dochází k jejich poškození a zamezení jejich dalšího využití k objasňování trestných činů. Na začátku této práce jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé užité základní pojmy pro jejich bližší pochopení. Práce obsahuje informace získané z kvalitativní studie. Tato studie byla provedena formou rozhovorů s kriminalistickými techniky, kteří tyto stopy následně zkoumají a vyhodnocují. Dále s vyšetřujícími policisty, ale i s řadovými policisty, kteří se na místech činu pohybují a kteří na místě činu kriminalistické stopy v některých případech zajišťují. Dále jsou v této práci uvedena statistická data, týkající se daného tématu. Práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení rozhovorů a statistických dat s cílem navrhnout nejvhodnější způsob, jak případným chybám a znehodnocování stop na místě činu předcházet a zajistit tak jejich další využití pro trestní řízení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the identification of the most common negative influences acting on criminal traces, due to which they are damaged and prevent their further use for the clarification of crimes. At the beginning of this thesis the different basic terms used are explained for a better understanding. The thesis includes information obtained from a qualitative study. This study was conducted through interviews with criminalistics technicians who subsequently examine and evaluate these traces. Furthermore, with investigating police officers, as well as with ordinary police officers who are present at crime scenes and who in some cases secure the forensic traces at the crime scene. In addition, statistical data related to the topic are presented in this thesis. The thesis focuses on the evaluation of the interviews and statistical data with the aim of suggesting the most appropriate way to prevent possible mistakes and degradation of crime scene traces and thus ensure their further use for criminal proceedings.
