Abstract:
Anaplasma phagocytophilum je gram negativní obligátně intracelulární bakterie, přenášená klíšťaty r. Ixodes . V našich podmínkách je nejdůležitějším vektorem klíště obecné – Ixodes ricinus. A. phagocytophilum způsobuje onemocnění známé jako Lidská granulocytární anaplazmóza (HGA), které postihuje především osoby staršího věku. Abstract:
Anaplasma phagocytophilum is a Gram-negative obligatory intracellular bacterium transmitted by hard ticks. The sheep tick (Ixodes ricinus) is most important vector in The Czech Republic. Anaplasma phagocytophilum causes a disease known as Human Granulocytic Anaplasmosis (HGA) and affect especially older people.
