Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hraničních určovatelů státní příslušnosti a obvyklého pobytu se zaměřením na oblast rodinných vztahů. Nejdříve jsou tito určovatelé obecně vymezeni a poté se práce věnuje jejich výskytu v nejdůležitějších instrumentech na mezinárodní, komunitární a národní úrovni. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of two connecting factors - nationality and habitual residence - in the area of family relations with an international element.
