Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaobírá vlivem aplikace minerálních hnojiv s obsahem zeolitů na růstové ukazatele (nadzemní a kořenová biomasa), výnos a kvalitu (olejnatost, HTS) řepky ozimé. Pokusy byly založeny na Výzkumné stanici v Červeném Újezdu, která se nachází v okrese Praha-západ, kde byl založen v roce 2020/21 a 2021/22 maloparcelkový pokus s řepkou ozimou. Pokusný pozemek se nacházel na bonitně vysoce úrodných hnědozemích půd s vysokým obsahem živin. Pro pokus byla zvolena odrůda LG Architect, což je mimořádně výnosná hybridní odrůda řepky. Při pokusu byla použita hnojiva se zeolity: NPK Zeorit, Zenfert 24N. Pro porovnání výsledků byla ve zbylých variantách použita hnojiva: NPK 10-10-10, LAD 27, DASA 26-13, Lovogran B a listové hnojivo Lovo Can T. Celkem se jednalo o čtyři pokusné varianty, každá se čtyřmi opakováními – „Zeolity“ (NPK Zeorit, Zenfert 24N, Zenfert 24N); „Bez zeolitů“ (NPK 10-10-10, LAD, LAD); „Inovace“ (Lovogran B, Zenfert 24N, Lovo Can T); „Kontrola“ (LAD, DASA, LAD). Cílem práce bylo porovnání jednotlivých variant z hlediska růstu podzemní a nadzemní biomasy, výnosu a kvalitou semen (HTS a olejnatost). Odběry kořenové a nadzemní biomasy v každém z pokusných let proběhly na jaře při inventarizaci porostů (25.3.2021 a 16.3.2022). Pro nadzemní biomasu se sledovaly znaky jako je délka a počet listů, hmotnost sušiny nadzemní biomasy a procentický obsah sušiny. Pro kořenovou biomasu se vyhodnocoval průměr kořenového krčku, délka kořene, hmotnost sušiny kořenů a procentický obsah sušiny. Vyhodnocení výsledků přineslo velmi vyrovnané výsledky mezi jednotlivými variantami. Zejména ve znacích hodnocených po sklizni nebyly prokázány statisticky významné rozdíly mezi variantami. V prvním sledovaném roce 2020/21 byl zaznamenán pouze jeden statisticky významný rozdíl ze všech sledovaných znaků, a to pro počet listů mezi variantou „Zeolity“ a „Bez zeolitů“. V druhém roce 2021/22 byly zaznamenány celkem čtyři statisticky významné rozdíly, vždy mezi variantou „Inovace“ a „Kontrola“. Jednalo se o rozdíly v počtu listů, hmotnosti sušiny nadzemní biomasy, průměru kořenového krčku a hmotnosti sušiny kořenové biomasy. Ukázalo se, že použití sloučené dávky dusíku se zeolity ve variantě inovace mělo během dvou let pozitivní vliv na nárůst kořenové biomasy, avšak bez statisticky průkazného rozdílu. Účinek hnojiv se zeolity ve variantě „Zeolity“ a sloučené dávky dusíku se zeolity v kombinaci s lisotvým hnojivem Lovo Can T ve variantě „Inovace“ na výnos semen se však neprokázal. Je to dáno především dlouhodobým působením zeolitů, kvalitou půd pokusné stanice a průběhem počasí, proto lze jejich aplikaci doporučit na méně úrodné půdy, které mají nižší sorpční schopnost, a to opakovaně do všech plodin v rámci celého osevního postupu, aby se projevil jejich dlouhodobý účinek. Na závěr byl v mé práci vyhodnocen i ekonomický přínos sledovaných hnojiv vůči kontrole. Ekonomicky pokus příliš dobře nedopadl. Díky vyšším nákladům na pořízení hnojiv se zeolity a vyrovnaným výnosům jednotlivých variant, ani jedna varianta ekonomicky nepředčila kontrolu a byly tak ve ztrátě. Hypotéza č. 1: Po aplikaci hnojiv s obsahem zeolitu budou rostliny řepky dosahovat vyšší hmotnosti kořenů a výnosu semen než po jiných dusíkatých hnojivech. Tato hypotéza byla potvrzena jen částečně. Hnojiva se zeolity dosahovala průměrně vyšší hmotnosti kořenů, konkrétně se jednalo o variantu „Inovace“ (Lovogran B, Zenfert 24N, Lovo Can T), nebyl však prokázán statisticky významný rozdíl mezi variantami. ýnosů než ostatní varianty. Hypotéza č. 2: Sloučení dávek dusíku u ledku s obsahem zeolitu v kombinaci s hnojivem LovoCan zvyšuje výnos semen. Tato hypotéza byla vyvrácena. Varianta „Inovace“ ve které se tato hnojiva aplikovala, měla v obou sledovaných letech nejnižší výnos semen.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the effect of mineral fertilizers containing zeolites on growth parameters (above-ground and root biomass), yield and quality (oil content, weight of a thousand seeds) of winter rape. The experiments were established at the Research Station in Červený Újezd, located in the Prague-West district, a small-plot experiment with winter rape was established in 2020/21 and 2021/22. The experimental plot was located on high fertility brown soils with high nutrient content. The variety chosen for the trial was LG Architect, which is an extremely highyielding hybrid variety of rape. Zeolite fertilisers were used in the experiment: NPK Zeorit, Zenfert 24N. To compare the results, fertilizers were used in the remaining variants: NPK 10- 10-10, LAD 27, DASA 26-13, Lovogran B and foliar fertilizer Lovo Can T. In total, there were four experimental treatments, each with four repetitions – „Zeolites“ (NPK Zeorit, Zenfert 24N, Zenfert 24N); „No zeolites“ (NPK 10-10-10, LAD, LAD); „Innovation“ (Lovogran B, Zenfert 24N, Lovo Can T); „Control“ (LAD, DASA, LAD). The aim of the work was to compare the different variants in terms of below and above ground biomass growth, yield and seed quality (HTS and oil content). Root and aboveground biomass sampling in each of the experimental years was carried out in the spring during stand inventory (25 March 2021 and 16 March 2022). For aboveground biomass, traits such as leaf length and number of leaves, dry weight of aboveground biomass, and dry weight percentage were monitored. For root biomass, root collar diameter, root length, root dry weight and percent dry weight content were evaluated. The evaluation of the results gave very balanced results between the variants. In particular, no statistically significant differences between the variants were found in the traits evaluated after harvest. Only one statistically significant difference was observed in the first year of observation, 2020/21, for all traits studied, namely for the number of leaves between the „Zeolites“ and „No zeolites“ variants. In the second year, 2021/22, a total of four statistically significant differences were recorded, always between the „Innovation“ and „Control“ variants. These were differences in number of leaves, dry weight of aboveground biomass, root collar diameter and dry weight of root biomass. It showed that the use of the combined nitrogen and zeolite rate in the Innovation variant had a positive effect on the increase in root biomass over the two years, but without a statistically significant difference. However, the effect of fertiliser with zeolites in the „zeolites“ variant and the combined dose of nitrogen with zeolites in combination with the foliar fertiliser Lovo Can T in the „innovation“ variant on seed yield was not demonstrated. This is mainly due to the long-term effect of the zeolites, the quality of the soils of the experimental station and the weather pattern, therefore their application can be recommended on lower quality soils, which have lower sorption capacity, and repeatedly to all crops throughout the crop rotation to show their long-term effect. Finally, the economic benefit of the fertilizers studied relative to the control was also evaluated in my work. Economically, the experiment did not work very well. Due to the higher costs of fertilizer acquisition with zeolites and the balanced yields of the different variants, neither variant outperformed the control economically and were thus in the red. Hypothesis 1: After application of zeolite fertilisers, rape plants will achieve higher root weight and seed yield than after other nitrogen fertilisers. This hypothesis was only partially confirmed. en the variants. However, in terms of seed yield, this hypothesis cannot be confirmed as the fertilisers with zeolites had lower yields than the other variants. Hypothesis 2: Combining the nitrogen rates of the zeolite containing ammonium nitrate in combination with LovoCan fertiliser increases seed yield. This hypothesis was refuted. The „Innovation“ variant in which these fertilisers were applied had the lowest seed yield in both years studied.
