Didactic games for teaching mathematics focused on multiplication and division of natural numbers in the field of small multiplication tables

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit soubor didaktických her do výuky matematiky zaměřené na násobení a dělení přirozených čísel v oboru malé násobilky a reflektovat jejich využití v praxi. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí – teoretické a praktické. Do teoretické části jsem zpracovala obsah vzdělávací oblasti Matematika a její aplikace z Rámcového vzdělávacího programu. Dále jsou v této části představeny způsoby vyvození operací násobení a dělení přirozených čísel. V dalším textu shrnuji téma didaktických prostředků a didaktických her, jejich klasifikaci, funkci a teoretickou podstatu. V praktické části se věnuji tvorbě, popisu, realizaci a reflexi didaktických her do výuky matematiky zaměřených na násobení a dělení přirozených čísel v oboru malé násobilky. Popsala jsem zde 14 didaktických her, které jsou zaměřené na procvičování a opakování násobení a dělení přirozených čísel v oboru malé násobilky. Všechny uvedené didaktické hry jsem realizovala v praxi se žáky třetího (případně druhého) ročníku základní školy.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is to create a set of didactic games for teaching mathematics focused on multiplication and division of natural numbers in the field of a single-digit multiplication table and to reflect their implementation in practice. This thesis consists of two key parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I have elaborated the content of the educational area of Mathematics and its application from the Curriculum framework (RVP). Furthermore, the methods of deriving the operations of multiplication and division of natural numbers are presented in this part. In the following section I summarize the issue of didactic tools and didactic games, their classification, function and theoretical principles. In the practical part, I focus on the development, description, implementation and reflection of didactic games for teaching mathematics focused on multiplication and division of natural numbers in the field of a single-digit multiplication table. I have described 14 didactic games aimed at practicing and revising multiplication and division of natural numbers in the domain of a single-digit multiplication. I have implemented all presented didactic games in the classroom with pupils of the third (or second) year of primary school.
