Financial Management of Selected Non-profit Organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá neziskovou organizací KDYŽ NEMŮŽEŠ TAK PŘIDEJ VÍC. V první kapitole budou definovány základní teoretická východiska neziskového sektoru a neziskových organizací. Dále se práce zabývá platnou legislativou a také různými způsoby financování (např. ze strany státu, soukromého sponzora, ze strany Evropské unie apod). Ve druhé kapitole bude představen profil konkrétní neziskové organizace sport, zábava pro děti a dospělé KDYŽ NEMŮŽEŠ TAK PŘIDEJ VÍC a její poslání a cíle. Ve třetí kapitole bude věnovaná pozornost rozboru financování této organizace a poslední kapitola je věnována návrhům zlepšení hospodaření této organizace. Cílem bakalářské práce je podání návrhů na nové možnosti financování a podání návrhů na zlepšení dosavadního hospodaření.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with a non-profit organization WHEN YOU CAN'T ADD MORE. The first chapter will define the basic theoretical background of the non-profit sector and non-profit organizations. Furthermore, the work deals with applicable legislation and also various methods of financing (eg by the state, private sponsor, by the European Union, etc.). The second chapter will present the profile of a specific non-profit organization sports, entertainment for children and adults WHEN YOU CANNOT ADD MORE, and its mission and goals. In the third chapter, attention will be paid to the analysis of the financing of this organization and the last chapter is devoted to proposals for improving the management of this organization. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to submit proposals for new financing options and to submit proposals for improving the current economy.
