Determination of quinine in soft drinks using derivative spectrophotometry

Abstract:

Popis principu klasické spektrofotometrie, na který navazuje popis derivační spektrofotometrie a přehled aplikací této metody pro analytické stanovení. Aplikace metody derivační spektrofotometrie na konkrétní analýzu - stanovení chininu v nealkoholických nápojích s využitím prvního až čtvrtého řádu derivace.

Abstract:

Description of the principle of classical spectrophotometry, which is followed by a description of derivative spectrophotometry and an overview of the application of this method for analytical determination. Application of the method of derivative spectrophotometry to a specific analysis - determination of quinine in soft drinks using the first to fourth order of derivation.
