Internal business processes as a crucial component of the strategic development plan

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na převedení stanovených dlouhodobých cílů do akčních plánů s využitím interních složek podniku a za pomoci nástroje strategického řízení Balanced Scorecard. V první části práce jsou po představení společnosti K&K TECHNOLOGY a.s. stanoveny strategické cíle pro časový horizont tří let. Dále je provedena analýza prostředí, ze které vyplývají faktory vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí společnosti, které mají vliv na strategický záměr společnosti. Následně jsou dlouhodobé cíle převedeny na krátkodobé. Uvedeny jsou rovněž veškeré procesy, které napříč společností probíhají. V dalším kroku jsou dlouhodobé cíle formulovány v jednotlivých perspektivách Balanced Scorecard, což vyústí v sestavení strategické mapy. Stěžejním pro implementaci stanovené strategie je akční plán, který je vytvořen ze strategických akcí, kde jsou jednoznačně specifikovány kroky implementace. Dále je provedena analýza rizik, kde jsou identifikovány hrozby a slabiny, které by společnost mohly ohrozit při plnění akčního plánu. V poslední části práce je provedeno zhodnocení a uvedena případná doporučení do budoucna.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the transfer of long-term goals into action plans using the internal components of the company and Balanced Scorecard. In the first part of the thesis there is an introduction to K&K TECHNOLOGY Inc. and in the next step strategic goals for a time horizon of three years are set. Enviromental analysis gives factors of the external and internal environment of the company that have an impact on the strategic plan. In the next step the long-term goals are transferred into short-term objectives. All the processes which run across the company are listed in the next chapter. The long-term goals are formulated in the different perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard. The output of this process is a strategy map. An action plan is an important instrument for the implementation of the strategy. It is created from the strategic initiatives and the implementation steps are clearly specified. The outputs of a risk analysis are the threats and weaknesses which could be dangerous for the company when carrying out the action plan. The last part of the thesis is an evaluation with recommendations for the future.
