Dále jsem charakterizovala společnost Tesco Stores ČR a.s. a její Tesco Absolventské programy. This master thesis describes the graduate programmes offered by the company Tesco Stores ČR a.s. In this thesis, I have at first focused on the theoretical knowledge in area of human resources. Following that, I have characterized the company Tesco Stores ČR a.s. and its Tesco Graduate Programmes.
