Abstract:

Abstrakt Jedná se o popis postupu společností ve skupině ENERGO GROUP od jejich prvopočátku. Tyto společnosti se zabývají převážně získáváním průmyslových, stavebních, elektro-technických, projekčních a dalších druhů zakázek. Celá tato skupina bude zahrnovat následující firmy: Důlní a.s., Stavební a.s., Elektro a.s., Vysokonapěťová s.r.o., Finanční a.s., Servisní a.s. a Montážní a.s.. Po splnění mnoha cílů a naplnění mnoha strategií, například stát se jedničkou na českém trhu, si začíná stanovovat nové strategie na splnění dalších postupových cílů až k závěrečnému cíli, kterým je IPO (Initial Public Offering - termín pro primární veřejnou nabídku akcií spojenou se vstupem na burzovní trh) části uskupení. Pro IPO je strategie jasná, je potřeba růst, zefektivnit, zase růst a opět zefektivnit.

Abstract:

Abstract This is a description of the procedure, an affiliate of the Energy Group from the beginning. These companies are principally engaged in the acquisition of industrial, construction, electro-technical, design and other types of contracts. The whole group will include the following companies: Mining Inc., Construction Inc., Electronics Inc., High voltage Ltd., Financial Inc., Service Inc. and Assembly Inc.. After completion of many goals and the fulfillment of many strategies, such as becoming a leader on the Czech market, is starting to set new strategies to meet the other objectives of rolling up to the final goal of the IPO (Initial Public Offering - the deadline for initial public offer of shares associated with the entry of stock market) of the cluster. For IPO is a clear strategy, you need growth, effecitivity, grow again and again more effectivity.
