Biological analysis of archaeological samples from the Near East
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu biologického materiálu zachovaného v archeologické keramice a mazanici z Předního východu z neolitického období. Zabýváme se zjištěním přítomnosti proteinů za využití imunoanalytické detekční metody ELISA a hmotnostní spektrometrie.
Abstract:
This work is focused on the analysis of biological material preserved in archaeological ceramics and daub from the Near East from the Neolithic period. We deal with the detection of the presence of proteins using the immunoassay detection method ELISA.
