Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii a současném stavu baťovských rodinných domů ve Zlíně, věnuje se podnikovému bydlení v minulosti, rozvoji Zlína v meziválečném období, výstavbě veřejných budov a hlavně rodinných domů. The bachelor thesis deals with the history and current state of Baťa´s houses in Zlín. It focuses on the history of employees´ housing colonies, the interwar development of the town of Zlín, the construction of public buildings and in particular the construction of detached family houses by the Baťa company.
