Tato práce je věnována segmentu generace Y v souvislosti se spotřebním chováním v současném hotelnictví. This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the generation Y segment in relation to consumer behavior in current hotel industry. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the Czech gen Y and to specify preferences, attitudes and approaches in using accommodation services.
