Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje formám a druhům poskytovaných údajů z katastru nemovitostí a jejich zpoplatňování. Kromě úvodní části věnované obecné charakteristice katastru nemovitostí, jsou další kapitoly zpracovány k tématu poskytování údajů z katastru nemovitostí, včetně kapitoly přibližující přístupnost údajů z hlediska historického vývoje nemovitostních evidencí, katastrů a veřejných knih. Ve své práci přibližuji údaje poskytované podle právních předpisů upravující činnost katastrálních úřadů , ale také informace jejichž poskytování je upraveno dalšími právními předpisy. V závěru své práce se zabývám problematikou novelizované části katastrálního zákona a vyhlášky o poskytování údajů. Práce je dále doplněna ukázkami poskytovaných údajů.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis addresses the forms and types of public data provided by the real estate cadastre and the fees charged for such services. Except for the preamble, which is addresses the area of real estate cadastre in general, the following chapters describe the area of public data provided by the real estate cadastre, including the description of data access from the historical progress of the property in the cadastre evidence and public registers. In my thesis I introduce the public data provided according to legal enactment that governs functions of the real estate cadastre, but also provides data and information that is covered by other legal enactments. Finally in the conclusion of my thesis I describe the matters of the cadastre code and the public notice of public data providing novelization. My bachelor thesis is also amended by some examples of public data provided by the real estate cadastre.
