Efficiency of gold investment
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivitou investic do zlata. Cílem je zhodnotit jeho postavení mezi investičními nástroji prostřednictvím čisté současné hodnoty. Hodnocení bylo provedeno jednak mezi zlatými investičními nástroji a jednak byla provedena komparace s investicemi na českém akciovém a realitním trhu. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the efficiency of gold investments. The aim of thesis is to evaluate position of gold among investment instruments. The evaluation is based on the net present value. The assessment is made between gold investment instruments and a comparison is made with investments in the Czech stock and real estate markets.
