Cílem této diplomové práce je odpovědět na otázku, jakým způsobem je spotřebitel chráněn proti nepřiměřeným ujednáním ve smlouvách o poskytování telekomunikačních služeb. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to answer the question of how the consumer is protected against inadequate arrangements in contracts for the provision of telecommunications services. In this thesis is analyzed legislation in the Czech Republic on this issue and it is a look back into the legislation before recodification.
