Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Výzkum syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků městské policie se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je podrobně vysvětleno a představeno stěžejní téma, tedy syndrom vyhoření. Autor se zde zabývá jeho definicí, možnými příčinami, případnými rizikovými faktory, prevencí.
