Eggs and egg products in human nutrition.
Abstract:
Výživová a dietetická hodnota vajec budí značné množství rozporuplných názorů. Proto se chci ¨ve své práci na toto téma zaměřit. Dále bych chtěl poukázat na druhové rozdíly vajec a chemické složení jednotlivých druhů vajec. Tato práce by měla pojednávat o vzniku vejce jako takového a jeho průmyslové využití.
Abstract:
It exist mavy diverent opinions of nutrition and deitetic value of the eggs. Thatś why I would like traget the topic in this bacholowork. Than I h´d like to referr to specific diffeences of the eggs nad chemist of the practicular sorts of eggs. This work had has treat of rise egg in itself and his industrial usage.
