Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem dědického práva a jeho uplatňování v praxi notářů a soudů. This bachelor work is focused on the development of the heirship and its use in the practise of notaries and courts. It looks on valid ways of the succesion in detail according to czech law system and describes approach of courts and notaries at decision about heirship of mourners and heritators from last will.
