Biodiversity of vegetation of a selected section of the railway line in South Moravia.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce, která nese název: Biodiverzita vegetace vybraného úseku železniční tratě na jižní Moravě, zjišťuje a vyhodnocuje vegetační druhové složení a pokryvnost na železniční trati v obci Rohatec, která leží v Jihomoravském kraji. Hodnocení bylo provedeno na 6 místech ve 4 termínech v průběhu roku 2021, v měsících dubnu, červnu, srpnu a říjnu. V prvním případě se jednalo o místo kamenného náspu, který se nacházel vedle lesa v blízkosti nádraží Rohatec. Ve druhém případě o úsek, ležící v těsné blízkosti velmi frekventované koleje úseku Břeclav - Přerov. Zkoumaný úsek železniční tratě je stále částečně využíván jako odstavná, manipulační nebo průjezdová kolej pro nákladní vlaky. Na všech těchto místech byla použita metoda fytocenologických snímků a metoda Braun Blanquetovy stupnice dominance a abundace, dále byla využita metoda Ellenbergových indikačních hodnot a metoda segmentové analýzy (DCA). Data o zaplevelení byla zpracována redukční analýzou (RDA). Dále byl zpracován ordinační diagram, který vyjadřuje vztah druhů a stanovišť. Celkově se zde nacházelo 38 rostlinných druhů, přičemž větší druhové zastoupení bylo ve druhém případě na snímcích odstavné a průjezdové koleje.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis, which bears the title: Biodiversity of vegetation of a selected section of a railway line in South Moravia, determines and evaluates the vegetation species composition and coverage on the railway line in the village of Rohatec in the South Moravian Region. The evaluation was carried out in 6 locations in 4 terms during 2021, in the months of April, June, August and October. In the first case, it was the site of a stone embankment, which was located next to the forest near the Rohatec railway station. In the second case, the selected section was located in close proximity to the very busy track connecting Břeclav - Přerov. The track section of the railway line is still partially used as a stabling, handling or passage track for freight trains. The phytocoenological imaging method and the BraunBlanquet dominance and abundation method were used in all instances, the Ellenberg indicator value method and the segment analysis (DCA) method were also used. Data on weeding were processed by reduction analysis (RDA). In addition, an office diagram was prepared, which expresses the relationship between species and habitats. In total, there were 38 plant species, with a greater species representation shown on photos of the stabling and passage tracks.
