Cílem této práce je pomocí praktického projektu zahájit diskusi v organizaci Tymphany CZ (TYM CZ) o budoucí roli dat v rozhodovacím procesu. Na praktickém příkladu ukázat, jak by organizace mohla transformovat firemní kulturu z rozhodování na základě intuice k rozhodovacímu procesu postaveném na datech, který by měl vést k vyšší ziskovosti organizace (ukázat přidanou hodnotu dat).
