Anotácia:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast ochrany utajovaných informací ve veřejné správě, činnost Národního bezpečnostního úřadu a stav fyzické bezpečnosti. Vymezuje legislativní požadavky a základní pojmy v oblasti ochrany utajovaných informací s důrazem na fyzickou bezpečnost. Analyzuje současný stav fyzické bezpečnosti, poukazuje na silné a slabé stránky fyzické bezpečnosti, selhání fyzické bezpečnosti a dopady pro zabezpečené oblasti a data. Popisuje návrh projektu fyzické bezpečnosti pro zabezpečenou oblast kategorie stupně utajení „Důvěrné“ a „Tajné“ a poukazuje na rozdíly v technickém zabezpečení těchto oblastí. Poskytuje ucelený přehled pro efektivní a účinné zvládnutí procesu ochrany utajovaných informací v oblasti fyzické bezpečnosti a doporučení k zefektivnění fyzické bezpečnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the protection of classified information in public administration, the activities of the National Security Office and the state of physical security. It defines legislative requirements and basic concepts in the field of protection of classified information with emphasis on physical security. It analyzes the current state of physical security, highlights the strengths and weaknesses of physical security, physical security failures, and impacts on secure areas and data. It describes the design of the physical security project for the secure area of the classification level "Confidential" and "Secret" and points out the differences in the technical security of these areas. It provides a comprehensive overview for the effective and efficient management of the process of protection of classified information in the field of physical security and recommendations for streamlining physical security.
