Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza riadenia nákladov v Slovenských liečebných kúpeľoch Piešťany, a.s. a následné navrhnutie opatrení, ktoré povedú k ich zníženiu. V teoretickej časti sú predstavené definície nákladov z pohľadu manažérskeho a finančného účtovníctva, následne sú uvedené členenia nákladov na základe podobných charakteristík a využitie rozpočtov pri ich kontrole.
