Predmetom diplomovej práce „Kalkulace ceny projektu“ je zostavenie predbežnej kalkulácie na pripravovaný projekt spoločnosti Wingos. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí. V prvej časti práce autor predstavuje prístup k problematike riadenia nákladov spoločnosti, rozpočtov týchto nákladov a kalkulácií. Dôraz je venovaný na riadenie projektov.
