Abstract:
Cílem této disertační práce bylo zhodnotit účinek přírodních látek a glukanových částic sloužících jako jejich nosiče na ex vivo a in vivo modelech. Ex vivo byl sledován vliv na imunitní buňky prasečí krve. Jako zvířecí modely byly použity dextran sulfátem sodným a trinitrobenzen sulfonovou kyselinou indukované střevní záněty. Abstract:
The aim of this dissertation was to evaluate the effect of natural products and glucan particles as their carriers in ex vivo and in vivo models. The effect on porcine blood immune cells was monitored ex vivo. Sodium dextran sulfate and trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid-induced intestinal inflammation were used as animal models.
