Tato práce zkoumá metody založené na analýze komplexních sítí sloužící ke studiu empirických i simulovaných EEG záznamů mozkových reakcí na transkraniální magnetickou stimulaci (TMS). This thesis explores methodologies rooted in complex network analysis to study both empirical and simulated EEG recordings of brain responses to transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
