Contract Record Keeping in IS MU Internship agenda

Abstract:

The Internship agenda is integrated into the Information System of Masaryk University and serves as a tool for tracking internships. This bachelor's thesis addresses the expansion of the Internship agenda's functionality at Masaryk University by adding a system for tracking the existence of contracts with economic entities. The aim is to provide students and administrators with better access to an overview of contracts, thus making the process of creating internships more efficient. The theoretical part of the thesis includes an analysis of existing solutions in the field of record keeping at Masaryk University, along with the current state of the Internship agenda before the implementation of the contract tracking system. The proposed solution is detailed in a separate chapter, which elaborates on the implementation of the contract tracking system, including its integration with existing university systems. The implementation also simplifies the creation of internship offers. After this implementation, it will be easier for users of the agenda to manage internships based on valid contracts with economic entities.

Abstract:

Agenda Praxe je integrovaná v Informačnom systéme Masarykovej univerzity a slúži ako nástroj na evidenciu praxí. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá rozšírením funkcionality agendy Praxe na Masarykovej univerzite o systém evidencie existencie zmlúv s ekonomickými subjektami. Cieľom práce je poskytnúť študentom a administrátorom lepší prístup a prehľad o zmluvách, čo zefektívni proces vypisovania ponúk praxe. Práca v teoretickej časti obsahuje analýzu existujúcich riešení v oblasti evidencie zmlúv a spisových služieb na Masarykovej univerzite. Súčasťou teórie je aj aktuálny stav agendy Praxe pred implementáciou evidencie zmlúv. Návrh riešenia je popísaný v samostatnej kapitole, ktorá detailne rozoberá implementáciu systému pre evidenciu zmlúv, vrátane jeho integrácie s existujúcimi univerzitnými systémami. Súčasťou implementácie je aj zjednodušenie vytvárania ponúk. Po implementácii tejto práce bude pre aktérov agendy jednoduchšie vypisovať a spravovať praxe na základe platných zmlúv s ekonomickými subjektami.
