Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou spotřebitelských smluv uzavíraných mimo provozovnu, a to samozřejmě nejen v souvislosti s minulou, současnou a budoucí právní úpravou na území ČR, nýbrž i v souvislosti s právem EU a dalších členských států.
